Zilor believes that investing in education is one of the best ways to contribute to the formation of responsible citizens aware of their power towards the construction of a sustainable future. The Aprender Sempre, College and Technical program (Always Learning program) sponsors graduate and technical courses for the children of their employees.
 

• Created in 1983 in Lençois Paulista, the Zillo Lorenzetti Choir is formed by Zilor´s employees and members of the community, with approximately 50 members. In 2008 the choir completes 25 years of dedication to people and love of music.



• Created in 1991, the Zillo Lorenzetti Musical Band is composed of 70 children and adolescents from the community of Lençois Paulista. Their participation in the band is subject to enrolment and regular attendance in a school.



• Hora do Conto (Tale Reading Time) in schools is a project that started in 2002 in partnership with the municipality of Lençois Paulista. The program emphasizes the importance of enjoying reading and conserving books.
