Zilor produces white, granulated sugar, of which there are the following types: 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 3A, 3B and 4, in accordance to whichever characteristics are needed by clients, for both the Brazilian market and export.

Over 579 thousand tons of granulated sugar were produced by Zilor during the 2007/2008 harvest.
