All products sold by Zilor are sugar cane derived which, processed in distinct ways, give origin to granulated sugar, anhydrous ethanol, hydrated ethanol, electric energy and yeast.

Zilor’s production of sugar and ethanol is stored, sold and distributed by Copersucar to different parts of the world, especially Europe and the United States.

The excess electric energy of the São José and Barra Grande industrial plants is sold to electricity distributing companies. The autolyzed, mineralized, and inactive dry yeast, in addition to yeast extracts and products based on yeast cell wall, is marketed by Biorigin Business Unit.
